Course Overview

Buyeo was the capital of Baekje's Sabi era (538-660), with ruins scattered throughout the city. Gungnammji's lotus flowers peak in summer, and the five-story stone pagoda at Jeongnimsa represents the finest Baekje stonework.

A cruise on the Baengma River (Geum River) reveals Nakhwaam cliff and Goransa Temple. The Baekje Cultural Complex showcases reconstructed Baekje architecture including Sabi Palace and a five-story wooden pagoda.

Section 1: Gungnammji to Jeongnimsa (approx. 5 km)

Enjoy lotus flowers at Gungnammji, then visit the five-story stone pagoda at Jeongnimsa to appreciate Baekje cultural elegance.

Section 2: Jeongnimsa to Busosanseong (approx. 7 km)

Climb Busosanseong for views over the Baengma River, reflecting on Baekje's final moments.

Section 3: Gudeurae Naru to Baekje Cultural Complex (approx. 10 km)

Take a river cruise from Gudeurae Naru or visit the Cultural Complex with its reconstructed Baekje royal palace.
