Course Overview
A 28 km drive from Baegunsan Natural Recreation Forest to Dongcheonho Lake. Baegunsan (1,218m) is Jeonnam's second-highest mountain after Jirisan. Enjoy forest bathing at the recreation forest before admiring Dongcheonho's serene lakeside scenery.
Section Highlights
Section 1: Baegunsan Recreation Forest (approx. 8 km)
Forest walking trails and observation decks with views of Baegunsan's grandeur.
Section 2: Mountain to Dongcheonho (approx. 20 km)
Descend from the mountain to Dongcheonho Lake. Cherry blossoms around the lake are beautiful in spring.
Driving Tips
- Recreation forest admission: 1,000 KRW for adults
- Autumn foliage is particularly outstanding
- Mountain road sections have slopes and curves; drive slowly
