Course Overview
The Odaesan Woljeongsa Fir Forest Snow Drive is short but features Korea's most beautiful winter forest road. The 1 km fir tree avenue at Woljeongsa's entrance creates a fairytale world when snow accumulates on towering fir branches.
Woljeongsa, founded in 643 by monk Jajang, is a millennium-old temple whose snow-covered octagonal nine-story stone pagoda is an icon of Korean winter photography. Temple stay experiences are available after the drive.
