Course Overview
This 16 km family route explores the modest charm of Jeungpyeong, Chungbuk's smallest county. Near the summit of Jwagusan (657 m), an observatory offers stargazing on clear nights.
The EduFarm Special Zone provides rural experiences including ginseng digging, strawberry picking, and tofu making. Jeungpyeong is a major ginseng-producing area with affordable ginseng products.
Section Highlights
Section 1: Jeungpyeong-eup to Jwagusan (approx. 8 km)
Drive partway up Jwagusan, then walk to the observatory near the summit.
Section 2: Jwagusan to EduFarm Zone (approx. 5 km)
Descend and head to the EduFarm for seasonal agricultural experience programs.
Section 3: EduFarm to Ginseng Market (approx. 3 km)
Finish at Jeungpyeong's ginseng market for fresh ginseng shopping.
