Course Overview
Goseong features several coastal lagoons including Hwajinpo, Songjiho, and Yeongrangho. This 25 km course from Hwajinpo to Songjiho showcases these unique landscapes.
Hwajinpo is a 16 km circumference lagoon with historical presidential villas. Songjiho is renowned for sunrise views and migratory bird watching.
Section Highlights
Section 1: Hwajinpo (approx. 8 km)
Drive between the beach and lagoon. Visit the villa museums.
Section 2: Hwajinpo to Bongsudae Beach (approx. 9 km)
Move south along the coast through quaint fishing village charm.
Section 3: Bongsudae to Songjiho (approx. 8 km)
Observe the lagoon panorama and migratory birds from Songjiho Tower.
