Course Overview

This approximately 30 km drive follows Gyeongju's eastern coast from Gampo Port to the Yangnam Columnar Joint formations. Unlike the inland historic sites, this route showcases Gyeongju's coastal scenery.

The Yangnam columnar joints rival those at Jeju's Jungmun, with globally rare fan-shaped formations. Fresh raw fish at Gampo Port and views of King Munmu's underwater tomb (Daewangam) add to the route's appeal.
