Course Overview
The Namhae South Coastal Road (Mulmi Coastal Road) stretches about 34 km from Seosang Port through Sachon Beach and Gacheon Darangyi Village to Mulgeon Port. Gacheon Darangyi Village, with its 100-plus terraced rice paddies cascading down to the sea, was ranked 3rd in CNN's 50 Most Beautiful Places in Korea in 2012.
In spring, canola flowers bloom in Darangyi Village. The cherry-tree-lined Seosang to Nammyeon section forms a blossom tunnel, while summer brings emerald waters. Mulgeon Bangjoeobulim (Natural Monument No. 150) is a unique coastal windbreak forest.
