Course Overview
Chiljangsa is a thousand-year-old temple founded during Silla's Queen Seondeok era, with especially beautiful autumn foliage. Seounsan (547 m) is Anseong's main mountain with maintained forest roads allowing drives near the summit.
Section Highlights
Section 1: Chiljangsa (approx. 8 km)
Enjoy foliage on the approach and tour the temple.
Section 2: Chiljangsa to Seounsan (approx. 12 km)
Drive the forest road toward the summit area.
Driving Tips
- Chiljangsa admission: 2,000 KRW for adults
- Seounsan forest road has unpaved sections (SUV recommended)
- Peak foliage: late October
