Course Overview
Yongmunsa Temple is famous for its Natural Monument No. 30 ginkgo tree, 1,100 years old. In autumn, the tree turns brilliant yellow. This 25 km course goes from the temple to Jungwon Valley.
Section Highlights
Section 1: Yongmunsa (approx. 8 km)
Enjoy autumn foliage on the approach and the ancient ginkgo tree.
Section 2: Yongmunsa to Jungwon Valley (approx. 17 km)
Follow mountain roads to the valley's autumn scenery.
Driving Tips
- Ginkgo tree peak color: late October to early November
- Yongmunsa admission: 2,500 KRW for adults
- Try Yangpyeong Hanwoo and perilla seed sujebi
- Can combine with Yongmunsan hiking (about 3 hours)
