Course Overview
The Chuncheon Uiam Lake Night Date Drive is the most romantic course in the lake city of Chuncheon. Uiam Lake is an artificial lake embracing downtown Chuncheon, with installed lighting that creates a fantastic nightscape.
Starting from the Samaksan Cable Car, visit Chuncheon Skywalk and Soyang River Skywalk while enjoying lake and city night views. After dining on Chuncheon's famous dakgalbi and makguksu, the lakeside night drive is a must for couples.
Section Highlights
Section 1: Samaksan Cable Car to Downtown (approx. 7 km)
View the Uiam Lake panorama from the cable car before heading into the city.
Section 2: Downtown to Soyang River Skywalk (approx. 6 km)
Eat dakgalbi on Myeongdong Street, then walk the glass-bottom skywalk over the river.
Section 3: Soyang River to Uiam Lake Loop (approx. 7 km)
Drive along the southern lakeside, watching city lights reflected on the water.

- Samaksan Cable Car night operation: until 9 PM Apr-Oct (seasonal)
- Chuncheon dakgalbi restaurants cluster around Myeongdong area
- Uiam Lake lakeside road is 2 lanes; watch your speed
- Weekend evenings: visit dakgalbi street before 5 PM to avoid crowds
